Orders placed before 1pm CET are typically shipped out the same business day. Any orders placed after 1pm CET will be shipped the following business day. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or bank holidays in Spain.

Orders cannot be modified after they have been submitted. If you wished to cancel your order, please send an e-mail to email@example.com or call to +34 911 28 62 11 from Monday to Friday between 9am and 1pm, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, at some point there might be some instances where we are unable to cancel your order.
Latitude offers free returns from Europe and North America within 15 days after receipt of the order. Merchandise may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment. Shipment costs will not be returned. You can also ask for an exchange if you preferred to get another size or colour at the cost of a standard delivery.
To place a return, you need to contact our customer service by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone to +34 911 28 62 11 from Monday to Friday between 9am and 13pm. To process your request, we will need your name, address, postal code, phone number and delivery preferences for placing the picking.
In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your items arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com to let us know. We kindly ask you to send over photos of the incorrect or damaged products for our reference and we will proceed to exchange the product or make an order refund.
